  • What are your office hours?

  • When can I expect my item to arrive?
    A member of staff will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date and time. If you want to find out more please use the contact form and select the delivery enquiry from the department drop down.
  • How do I order fabric samples?
    Please visit our fabric page here to order fabric samples. Click the link in the footer.
  • How long will my fabric samples take to arrive?
    The fabric samples will take 5-7 working days with normal postal service.
  • Am I able to alter my bed frame?
    Yes. Please contact us before you place your order to discuss your requirements. If you have already placed your order then please fill out the general enquiry form as soon as possible (within 24 hours after you placed your order) as changes to orders need to be requested before your bed is manufactured.
  • How do I make changes to my current order?
    Call us first to check if changes are still possible. Normally within 24 hours after sending your order it wouldn't be a problem. Then specify your changes by sending us your mail. Dont forget to mention your confirmation/order number!
  • Do you ship outside of the EU?
    We ship globally. Extra costs applied. Taxes need to be paid locally. Transport can be organized based on CIF Incoterms.
  • Do you offer finance/monthly instalments or deposit schemes?
    No. Contact your bank or other easy payment provider for more details.
  • Will you assemble my item upon delivery?
    We offer assembly service is only in Poland. For other countries contact us to discuss your delivery. We always can organise the assembling for you.
  • How Do I Make A Purchase?

  • Can I usy my own fabric?
    We are not offering this service. Our production is not familiar with the characteristics and specifications of the fabric. This will be in conflict with our warrantee policies.
  • How Do I Contact Customer Care?

  • Can I Order By Telephone?
    It is possible to make an order by phone. Simply call a customer care representative on +48 577719711. After providing us with the details of the item you wish to purchase and your shipping information, we will process your order. We will send you the confirmation by supplied mail address. You need to reconfirm our confirmation to ensure the correctness of the order. Note our business hours.
  • What Payment Methods Does DAZELIVING Accept?

  • Am I Able To Track My Order?
    In most cases, we provide a tracking INFORMATION. If delivered by our transport services the client will be informed by mail or phone, prior to the delivery. In case of a courier delivery, we are sharing the courier tracking number with you by mail.
  • Is My Personal Information Kept Private?
    Please be assured that we consider all of the information you share with us to be private and confidential. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information. For further details please read the DAZELIVING terms and conditions statement. In order to register as a user of DAZELIVING, we ask you to provide us with your name, mailing address, email address, phone number, billing and delivery information. We may use these details to inform you of new goods and services via email. If you do not wish to receive such emails, please opt out of our newsletter service, in your preferences area. In order to process credit card orders online, we require information including your billing address, shipping address, telephone number, credit card number and credit card expiration date. We will use your billing and credit card information to process your order and inform you of its delivery only. Navigational information is used only for internal purposes to enhance the customer shopping experience and site usability, and will not be shared with any outside parties.
  • Do I Have To Pay Duty And Import Charges?
    Delivery to countries outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility (where applicable). The shipping company will contact you by telephone once your Items are in customs to let you know the cost. This may delay your delivery time as goods held at customs will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods. Please be aware that if you don’t choose to pay the import taxes we reserve the right to charge any additional costs incurred by DAZELIVING to you. Customs and handling charges will not be refunded if the goods are returned.
  • Will I Have To Pay VAT?
    All European residential Consumers are subject to VAT. All price on our website are included VAT. VAT will be paid by us to the appropriate TAX office. Companies within the Europe can buy without paying VAT (only when we can verify the supplied VAT number)
  • Will I Have To Pay Other Taxes Or Customs?
    While European consumers will be paying VAT but won’t be charged for customs duties, all non-European customers will be charged for their local taxes or customs duties. These will be calculated directly at the port of entry and are not something we can charge you upfront during the order process. Please expect our shipping company to contact you during the delivery process to settle these payments.
